We will not answer such requests, and we may retain and report them.
3.3 Screening
We may screen enquiries against sanctions lists, denied-party lists and internal compliance criteria before responding. We may decline to respond without giving a reason. Nothing obliges us to explain a decision not to engage.
3.4 Your own obligations

Contracts are entered into by, and enforceable against, the contracting entity alone, and reference on this website to "we", "our" or "the company" is for convenience and does not make one entity liable for the obligations of another.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, and you submit to that jurisdiction.
Where your own law says otherwise. If you are a consumer, or if the law of the country where you live gives you a mandatory right to bring proceedings in your own courts or under your own law, nothing in this clause takes that right away. This clause applies to the fullest extent your law permits, and no further.
