Olee builds photonic systems from Pune, India — incorporated in 2020, on an R&D lineage that began in 2017. Led by IIT Bombay alumnus James Solomon and co-founder Suman Hiremath, its engineering-heavy team works across three photonic domains — FSOC / QKD, WPT, and DEW — on one underlying architecture.

Olee's defence, commercial and international activities are carried out by separate, independently held groups. There are no corporate relations between them.
